The Stake is the Decision
A centre-back who steps out to win a header he does not need might succeed once. But that habit leaves space behind. Over a season, it costs goals. Betting follows the same logic.
A 2-unit stake on a match you have read well is a better decision than a 5-unit stake on a hunch. The final score does not change the quality of the read. A loss with a disciplined stake is simply a lost bet. A win with an oversized stake is still a poor choice.
Give the match ten minutes. If the shape does not confirm your pre-match read, reduce your stake or pass. Keep the stake boring. Keep the discipline consistent.
Judge the decision, not the payout.
