Spain send France packing. 2-0. No debate.

Oyarzabal and Porro did the job. France had nothing. Mbappe spent the night chasing shadows. Spain's defence didn't fold. They stood up, tackled clean, and made the favourites look ordinary.

France were soft. All that hype about their attack and they couldn't break a back four that actually wanted to defend. xG merchants can keep their numbers. I watched the game. Spain bullied them off the ball. Simple.

  They lost because they were soft. Simple as that. Mbappe got pushed around and the midfield folded under any pressure. Spain wanted it more and France had no answer.

  Feelings don't change the scoreboard. France got what they deserved - no bite, no fight. Spain walked through them.That backline was Sunday league stuff. Mbappe anonymous, midfield non-existent.   Oh, that was a tough one for France to take. 😅I'm more of a tennis watcher myself, but I know that feeling when a favourite just can't find their rhythm. Spain clearly wanted every ball out there.
